壓縮式垃圾車保養(yǎng)：
Maintenance of compression garbage truck:
1、底盤和發(fā)動機(jī)部分參照有關(guān)車型的底盤說明書進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)；
1. The chassis and engine parts shall be maintained with reference to the chassis instructions of relevant models;
2、每天工作前需檢查液壓油箱的油面高度。檢查方法：推鏟油缸、刮板油缸和滑板油缸在全縮位置，填裝器在關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，觀察油箱上油面高度應(yīng)在油標(biāo)的上、下限之間。如不夠需及時補(bǔ)充；
2. Check the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank before working every day. Inspection method: the bulldozer oil cylinder, scraper oil cylinder and sliding plate oil cylinder are in the fully retracted position, the filler is in the closed state, and observe that the oil level height on the oil tank should be between the upper and lower limits of the oil level. If it is not enough, it needs to be supplemented in time;
3、常溫情況下，液壓系統(tǒng)使用抗磨液壓油，在天氣寒冷地區(qū)(0℃以下)使用抗凝液壓油（注意不同牌號的油不能混在一起使用，往油箱內(nèi)加液壓油時，必須經(jīng)濾油器過濾，保證加入的液壓油潔凈無污染）；
3. Under normal temperature, the anti-wear hydraulic oil is used in the hydraulic system, and the anti condensation hydraulic oil is used in the cold weather area (below 0 ℃) (note that the oil of different brands cannot be mixed together, when adding hydraulic oil to the oil tank, it must be filtered by the oil filter to ensure that the added hydraulic oil is clean and pollution-free);
4、新車使用三個月后應(yīng)更換液壓油和濾油器濾芯；以后每使用半年，需更換液壓油及清洗濾芯（更換程序：在更換液壓油時，推鏟油缸、刮板油缸、舉升油缸和滑板油缸處于全縮狀態(tài)，卸下液壓油箱的放油螺塞，把舊油放完。卸下油箱內(nèi)的粗油濾器，清洗粗濾器、放油螺塞和油箱。清洗或更換完后裝回，加入干凈油**油標(biāo)刻度范圍內(nèi)，排走管路中混有的空氣。排氣過程可啟動發(fā)動機(jī)在怠速下運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，油泵作慢速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)進(jìn)行排氣。液壓油更換完成后，使液壓系統(tǒng)試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，直到正常工作即可。同時檢查各緊固件有無松脫，各密封件有無漏油，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常及時修理。）；
4. The hydraulic oil and filter element shall be replaced three months after the new vehicle is used; the hydraulic oil and filter element shall be replaced and cleaned every six months after the new vehicle is used (replacement procedure: when replacing the hydraulic oil, the bulldozer oil cylinder, scraper oil cylinder, lifting oil cylinder and sliding plate oil cylinder shall be in full retraction state, and the drain plug of the hydraulic oil tank shall be removed to discharge the old oil completely. Remove the primary oil filter in the oil tank, and clean the primary filter, drain plug and oil tank. After cleaning or replacement, replace it, add clean oil to the oil scale, and drain the air mixed in the pipeline. During the exhaust process, the engine can be started to run at idle speed, and the oil pump can run at a slow speed to exhaust. After the replacement of hydraulic oil, make the hydraulic system run in until it works normally. At the same time, check whether the fasteners are loose, whether the seals have oil leakage, and repair in time in case of any abnormality.) ;
5、高壓軟管每兩年內(nèi)定期更換，發(fā)現(xiàn)有龜裂、老化、局部損壞或膨脹鼓包等現(xiàn)象時應(yīng)及時更換；
5. The high-pressure hose shall be replaced regularly every two years, and it shall be replaced in time in case of cracking, aging, local damage or swelling;
6、經(jīng)常檢查液壓系統(tǒng)漏油清況，并及時維修和更換油封；

7、滑板、推鏟導(dǎo)軌，各轉(zhuǎn)軸潤滑油嘴應(yīng)定期加潤滑脂，每周應(yīng)保養(yǎng)1～2次；
7. Lubricating grease shall be regularly applied to sliding plate, bulldozer guide rail and lubricating nipple of each rotating shaft, and the lubricating grease shall be maintained once or twice a week;
8、油缸工作正常，不漏油，不需作拆卸保養(yǎng)工作，當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)油缸漏油或內(nèi)泄較嚴(yán)重時，作拆卸保養(yǎng)，更換密封圈；
8. The oil cylinder works normally without oil leakage and does not need to be disassembled and maintained. When oil leakage or internal leakage of oil cylinder is found to be serious, the oil cylinder shall be disassembled and maintained and the sealing ring shall be replaced;
9、定期檢測液壓系統(tǒng)工作壓力，本車液壓系統(tǒng)工作壓力為16MPa。通過對油缸憋壓讀取多路閥附近壓力表上的壓力值，來判定液壓系統(tǒng)壓力是否符合設(shè)計壓力。若液壓系統(tǒng)工作壓力與設(shè)計壓力不符，應(yīng)調(diào)節(jié)多路閥上的溢流閥，使工作壓力與設(shè)計壓力相符。
9. Check the working pressure of the hydraulic system regularly. The working pressure of the hydraulic system of this vehicle is 16MPa. By reading the pressure value on the pressure gauge near the multi-channel valve, the pressure of the hydraulic system can be determined whether it conforms to the design pressure. If the working pressure of the hydraulic system is inconsistent with the design pressure, the overflow valve on the multi-channel valve shall be adjusted to make the working pressure consistent with the design pressure.
