灑水車作為專用車中售后相對(duì)較少的車型，售后時(shí)經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的是一些小問題，比如環(huán)衛(wèi)綠化灑水車在用過一段時(shí)間后抽不上來水，傳動(dòng)軸也在轉(zhuǎn)，但就是水抽不上來。這個(gè)故障需要從以下幾個(gè)方面來進(jìn)行檢查與排除：

一、管道閥門打錯(cuò)位置

二、濾網(wǎng)堵塞

大多時(shí)候環(huán)衛(wèi)綠化灑水車抽不上來水，銷售人員都會(huì)建議客戶先清洗一下過濾網(wǎng)。濾網(wǎng)三通位于四位三通閥門與灑水泵的中間，其二個(gè)端口連接在管道上，一進(jìn)一出，另一個(gè)端口帶一個(gè)可卸式平面，由四顆螺絲連接。將螺絲卸下，拿下面板，即可將中間的濾網(wǎng)取出。將濾網(wǎng)清洗完畢按原樣裝回即可。

三、管路密封不嚴(yán)

有些用戶在使用環(huán)衛(wèi)綠化灑水車進(jìn)行噴灑時(shí)，有時(shí)忘記打開噴水頭開頭，上車操作后發(fā)現(xiàn)不出水還繼續(xù)加油門，造成管道內(nèi)高壓水流無法噴出，只能從相對(duì)比較薄弱的管道連接處（橡膠墊片）釋放，導(dǎo)致膠墊在高壓下被擠出，從而形成管路密封不嚴(yán)。

再就是查看灑水車濾水器是否入水太深，吸水高度大于允許高度，我們應(yīng)當(dāng)確認(rèn)濾水器吸水高度小于5米，并且足夠深置。吸水管的吸水頭必須完全放置于水下，以免空氣及入水管，導(dǎo)致真空度不良，水壓過低而無法將水吸上來。

灑水車配備的是離心式灑水泵，該泵每次吸水前，必須向水泵內(nèi)加入一定量的引水，加完后必須關(guān)閉加水口。自吸式水泵**次使用時(shí)，需要加引水，以后則不必再加引水。在冬季時(shí)為避免泵體凍裂，應(yīng)將灑水車罐體內(nèi)和泵內(nèi)的余水排空，再次作業(yè)時(shí)則需要為泵內(nèi)加注引水。對(duì)于安裝在灑水車上的灑水泵，加入引水時(shí)可將抽水管一端連接在法蘭盤上，在另一端口進(jìn)行注水動(dòng)作，注水完成將該端口提升，讓水流入泵內(nèi)，即完成引水加注工作。
